Exchange Policy
www.mensweddingringsandbands.com is proud to offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you purchase an item and need to exchange for a new item or a different size please follow these steps to complete your exchange. Please note: All engraved jewelry can not be accepted back as an exchange.

1. Please click to download our RMA form. (The RMA form is a PDF, which can be opened by downloading a free copy of Adobe Reader.) If you need any assistance filling out the form or have any questions or concerns, please call our office at 1-877-472-2700 or 1-213-627-1300.

2. When packing your order, please secure the item(s) and include all original paperwork as well as the completed RMA form. This is to include the invoice, the completed RMA form, and the jewelry box. NOTE: Please do not write anything on the outside of the box that would indicate jewelry inside. Do NOT write diamonds, jewelry, gold, ANYTHING that indicates what may be inside the package.

3. Please make sure to ship the package back to:

www.mensweddingringsandbands.com prefers FedEx or UPS insured for the full retail value with a signature required upon delivery. If you use the USPS, please insure the package and send it registered mail with signature required upon delivery through the United States Postal Service. Note: You are responsible for your return shipping and handling fees. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged return shipments.

4. Once the package arrives, our laboratory will inspect the contents and verify the condition of the item(s). Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your exchange. Once your exchange is ready to ship, it will be shipped via USPS. There is a $15.00 fee for exchange shipping and handling for items under $1,000 and a $45.00 fee for exchange shipping and handling for items over $1,000.

Return Policy
www.mensweddingringsandbands.com is proud to offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back for a refund. Please note that there is a restocking fee per item returned. Items under $1,000 will incur a $15 restocking fee, and items over $1,000 will incur a $45 restocking fee.
